If you view Christian Connection in the app or your phone browser, you may have seen keywords pop up under member profiles on your Connect page, highlighting traits and interests.
These might be terms like Sports Fan, Musical, Gardener, Performer, or even Creative Soul.
These are the highlights that we think best match what you've written in your profile, and they help other members to see a little bit about you before they click to read more.
Can I See My Highlights?
These highlights are only visible to other members who browse your profile via the Discover page.
Can I Hide My Highlights?
It's not possible to opt out of displaying profile highlights for your account.
Can I Change My Highlights?
Absolutely! These highlighted keywords are exclusively based on what you write in your profile, so if you don't want to be shown as a Country Fan, don't mention country music in your profile. If you want to be known as a Beach Lover, mention that you love visiting the sea or some of your favourite beachfront locations. Mentioning your passion for plants will help ensure your visitors see the Gardener label, and so on.
Why Can't I See These Highlights?
Right now we're rolling out this feature for our app and phone browser users. This means if you're logging in on a desktop or laptop, nothing will have changed. If you love seeing profile highlights on your Connect page and want them on your desktop, please reach out and let us know!
