Request a Refund

We understand that members may forget when a subscription is due to renew. We look at each case individually, and we want to be fair. We will consider a refund if you haven't used your Christian Connection membership.

Please do not contact your bank/card provider to cancel payments or issue a refund. We won't be able to issue a refund if the payment is in dispute. Banks usually charge a fine for reversing a payment (known as a 'chargeback'), and this can sometimes mean that payments are marked as fraudulent. This can result in your Christian Connection account being closed permanently - and it can significantly delay any refund being processed! Instead, visit this page to make a refund request.

If you've paid via the iPhone app, you will need to contact Apple support to request your refund. Unfortunately we have no access to Apple's payment system. Make sure to cancel your subscription on your phone, then find more information on requesting a refund for your app store subscriptions here.
