How can I stop any future charges?

To ensure there is no break in your membership, all our subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each subscription period. We let you know this on the subscription page and ask you to agree before you pay. You can cancel your subscription from your Christian Connection account at any time. Manage your subscription here.

How can I get a refund?

If you believe you've been charged in error, or if you forgot to cancel a subscription renewal or upgrade, you may be able to request a refund. Please check the refund link or get in touch if you have any queries so we can assist you swiftly. Cancelling your subscription via your bank or placing a chargeback will lead to your account being suspended.
