How can I request a refund?
If you think you've been charged in error, or if you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund.
If you have already requested a refund via your bank we will be charged a large fine in addition to the refund. This is difficult for us to absorb as a small business. Your account will also be flagged as fraudulent which may affect future payments. Please contact your bank again to see if the process can be stopped.
How can I stop any future charges?
To ensure there is no break in your membership, all our subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each subscription period. We let you know this on the subscription page and ask you to agree before you pay. You can cancel your subscription from your Christian Connection account at any time. Manage your subscription here.
